I chose TTC based on past reviews and I was not left disappointed. From my initial contact with Michael who organised the Essential Tour for us, adjusting it to suit our extended stay to Makbule from the reservations team who organised the transfers, tours etc. Both of them were very professional and the customer service excellent-emails responded to immediately at any time and any problems we had were resolved. The tour was well coordinated, all transfers and pick-ups on time. Felt very safe the whole time. Groups were a good size, max 8 and all the guides used were very knowledgeable and friendly. In particular Kenan in Istanbul and Faisullah who took us on the Ephesus tour was very funny and shared many stories with us. Accomodation was very good overall. Close to all the major attractions. MDC cave hotel was fantastic. Highlights were the Old city walking tour, Pamukkale and Ephesus Tours and Cappadocia was just beautiful. We had an excellent time. Initially I was hesitant to travel to Turkey due to unfavourable coverage about Turkey in the media and the issues with Syria. My husband was very keen and suggested that we look at an organised tour for safety and hence we made our booking with TTC. From our first dealings with Michael at TTC, the entire process was highly professional and the customer service exceptional, including immediate responses to email queries and bookings. Once on the tour, the accommodation used was of a very high standard. All daily pickups were reconfirmed the night previously so we never had any issues with transportation. However it was the daily guides who really made the trip such a success. We had a range of small groups and private guides and all were friendly, professional and extremely passionate about their jobs. In particular, our guide Apo for the Anzac tour in Gallipoli was exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending TTC to anyone considering a trip to Turkey and indeed plan to travel back to Turkey with them in the future. First of thanks to Michael Altan at TTC for his assistance with both the initial booking ( we had a few questions ) and organising our extended stay. The tour was well run & organised & run like clock work , each guide or hotel advised us of the following days time table ect. Each guide from our Old City Tour walk in Istanbul to 9 days & 7 guides later in Cappadocia , all guides had extensive knowledge and were VERY passionate on there tour, to a point in the Ephesus Tour where we were to have lunch, was packed with other bus tours hot, noisy & not welcoming , our guide contacted her company to find an alternative restaurant ( which was at a greater cost), we went a small area offthe track ... It was great the food was amazing as was the ambience. Highlights umm to many to mention from the Istanbul walk , Bosphorus boat ride, Gallipoli Tour, Troy & Pergamon, Ephesus Tour, Pamukkale Tour ( must mention the hotel La Vista great water views infinity pool spacious rooms attentive staff ), & Cappadocia 2 day Tour where we stayed at the MDC hotel with the rooms dug into the side of the hill ! With a lovely restaurant . All in all the Turkish people are lovely and we were regularly thanked for Touring there country, where Tourism is a large source of there income. On the transfer to the airport to leave a truck was broken down on the departure ramp, causing us to be dropped of at the arrivals area , which meant we had a walk, our driver apologised a couple of times we reminded him it was not his fault yet again he apologised.....Such humble people. If using TTC you won’t be disappointed. 

Just a quick message to let you know our thoughts on recent holiday to Turkey We had a fabulous time and saw many memorable places. All tours transfers accommodations and especiallly tour guides were all great. All connections worked out without any delays, made our holiday very relaxing no stress for us. Accomodations all great locality and top class. We did meet people who had done last minute out of Capodoccia ballooning all had been ripped off and disappointed. We did meet your guide TJ. Great person and interesting Lifestyle.    We do holiday in Corowa Victoria. Where he comes from. Small world Anyway thanks for great organisation and will recommend your agency to our family and friends.

Just a word of thanks for arranging my recent trip to Turkey. I must say it was well organised and well executed. Michael you were great in working out an itinerary which suited my interests. You were very prompt in the responses to my queries during the planning stage. Overall I was very pleased. Makbule thanks to you n team, the execution of the program was well done. Except for the last pm when the driver was caught in traffic all transport arrangements were very good. Drivers n guides at every point were good too. Most important for me was also the meet n greet service on arrival. All this went well. The hotel selections were fine too in terms of location, facilities & service. So, once again thank you to you both n the respective teams. 

All four of us had an interesting and enjoyable tour of Turkey arranged by your agency. The transport to and fro from airport in Istanbul on all occasions was impeccable in punctuality and services. Overall, the hotels were up to expectation and excellent in Pammakulle and Capadoccia. The tours were comprehensive, each guide being informative, knowledgeable, fluent in English and helpful yet maintaining his individuality. The lunches/ one dinner were good, with multi-cuisine buffets in most cases.
