Dear Michael, I can’t thank you and your team enough for providing me and my wife with such a well co ordinated tour of Turkey. From the moment we were picked up from the airport to the time the trip finished your people were constantly in contact, updating me day by day which gave great comfort that everything was well organised and professional. Even when we asked for the additional Balloon ride on short notice your people responded and got it organised without a fuss. Can’t thank you, the tour guides and your office staff enough, fantastic effort from all. A special mention for Makbule, this persons work deserves special thank you. When we asked for the last minute change it was done without a hitch. It demonstrated a tremendous dedication to customer satisfaction, simply brilliant.
