Firstly, my apologies for not corresponding with you sooner. I do hope you are well?
On behalf of everyone on our trip to Turkey we wanted to extend a huge thank you for providing us with a trip of a lifetime. I was delighted to meet you in Istanbul and appreciate you making the effort to introduce yourself.
I cannot thank you enough for your assistance and helpful guidance throughout the organisation of our itinerary and tour. You have excelled with the planning and all the staff involved were exceptional.
Ishan was instrumental in assisting us with the finer detailing and alternative planning where required. His ability to organise the logistics to ensure our trip was flawless was impressive. As ever he was bright, happy, helpful and always professional. His calls to ensure that all was proceeding to plan were appreciated. He was a delight to deal with at all times.
Both drivers during our journey exceeded expectations. Careful, safe and accommodating. Cheeky smiles and happy dispositions even when they could not understand us….. they laughed anyway.
Volcan won our hearts from the first moment. His knowledge left us amazed and his passion was evident in every word. He was sensitive to our needs and genuinely caring. His kind and optimistic nature was not lost on us and we still miss his smile. He is a credit to your business and a sincere ambassador to your beautiful country. You should be exceedingly proud to have him on your team.
