Hello. Thank you for booking our trip to Cappadocia. What an awesome area, packed full with ancient history. The Cappadocia Hotel was a little more opulent than was expected, but truly lovely with an excellent breakfast which was even more appreciated due to the very active tours. While both our guides and bus drivers were good, Not only the guide did he speak English very clearly, but also his knowledge of the history behind Cappadocia was considerable and delivered gradually to provide better understanding. Even more impressive, was his ability and willingness to discuss other items of interest to me: religion, politics, the Syrian refugee crisis, media reporting and economic impact of recent violence. He was no ordinary tourist guide. Thank you for the experience. My daughters and I will do our best to change attitudes in our various social and work circles. We found the Turkish people to be helpful, not too pushy with sales, considerate of tourist needs and just genuinely nice. Security was a little over the top at times, but better than the opposite.Sincerely

Four of us booked the Private Istanbul Tour. We were met by a driver and a most excellent guide named Hayim. Our visits included three mosques, walking down the hippodrome, a location with cisterns, the spice market, and the bazaar. Plus, we had an excellent lunch in a conveniently located restaurant. I would be remiss if I did not praise the excellent driving of our driver in crowded conditions. Highly recommend this tour. I should note that on the day of our tour, Topkapi Palace was closed. However, we lacked nothing thanks to our skilled guide.

I would be pleased to provide feedback for you in relation to our trip to Turkey. Firstly, thank you for providing a wonderful experience for both my mother and myself. I have never had the inclination to travel to Turkey but as mum wanted to go, I offered to join her. Not having been on a fully booked tour before, as I usually organise day trips, accommodation, flights etc myself for my family, I was very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was very clean, presentable, friendly staff, good locations and of a high standard all round. The only drawback I found was that we did not find out our pick up times etc for the next day until late in the evening prior. Being a "plan ahead" person, this was my only concern. However, we were never left waiting and were always advised just before bedtime :) Having the extra day at the beginning and the end of the tour was great. We did some exploring in Istanbul ourselves and loved the city immensely. The hotel, Hotel Levni, was well located in the old town and was definitely a preference over areas like the New City. The staff were very accommodating. The tours over the next two days were amusing, the first being with a larger group, and the second with Hakan and just the two of us. Very personal. The travel to Gallipoli, Troy and Pergamon was very interesting, as was Ephesus and Pamukkale. The hotel at Canakkale was nicely located along the waterfront. The hotel in Kusadasi was amazing, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The Cotton Castle tour was interesting, but the hotel location for that night in Pamukkale was very remote. The hotel itself was very luxurious and the food amazing, but nothing around the hotel to see or do, and the pool was empty at the resort. The cave hotel in Cappadocia was very nice and the staff very friendly. What an amazing town. The balloon flight was definitely the highlight of our tour. It was the first time both of us had been in a hot air balloon and what an amazing landscape to fly over. The two tours were interesting, but by the second day some of the places started to look the same. Maybe we were just at the end of the “touring”. Thanks again. Renee Graham

I am 53 and travelling alone. The tours were great, communication great and the standard excellent. I wish Turkey Travel Centre every success in the future and would recommend them wholeheartedly! The experience we had in Turkey is beyond unforgettable. Even thou my husband and I have visited Turkey many times before I can truly say that we really had a trip of a lifetime by choosing a tour to really get the most out of the country. We choose a 5 day tour, Ephesus, Pambukalee and Cappodica it was full of adventure, history, religion, culture, art and seeing/hearing the different aspects of human history was very fascinating. All the travel services with flight and busses were professional, prompt and very clean with no hick-ups! The drivers were helpful with our luggage’s, had water in the vans for us and very patient while waiting for us thru out the day. The location and accommodations of the hotels were very good, the best one was in Cappodica our room was in a cave it was unbelievable. In all the restaurants we ate the food was mesmerizing all I can say we were in food “Coma” everyday so much variety, so tasteful! Our tour guides were excellent, friendly, educated, had a passion for history and spoke very good English, spending a day with each of them we got to know a little about each other which was a pleasure.

Three months ago, I emailed Michael Altan requesting a quote as well as more information about his tour company. Michael replied immediately and gave me different tour options. For two months, I emailed him very frequently and asked an array of questions because I was traveling alone. His prompt responses and great professionalism were what made me book his tour company! He worked with my ideas and booked the locations I wanted to visit at an amazing price! Upon arriving in Istanbul, Turkey, my contact travel advisor was Ihsan Dincel (co-operator of Turkey Travel Centre). Ihsan Dincel welcomed me to Turkey via telephone and provided me with his direct cell phone number to call him should anything arise. During my 13-day stay in Turkey, I did not have to worry about a single thing! All my hotel transfers, hotel stay, tour guides and accommodations were taken care of; I almost felt like family. While many other tour groups had to take long 10-12 hr bus rides to their next location, I enjoyed taking 3 domestic flights between cities in Turkey. Turkey Travel Centre really emphasizes their ability to make their guests comfortable during vacation and they do this every step of the way.

Dear Michael, We thoroughly enjoyed our 13 days stress free Turkey tour arranged by Turkey Travel Centre. We were amazed by the punctuality of all of our pickups, the drivers and guides. We loved the concept of meeting different people from all over the world each day, and when you meet up with someone you met a couple of days prior it was like meeting an old friend. Our accommodation throughout our tour was fantastic and we found all staff to be very friendly and efficient, not to mention the food, delicious. Internal flights all went very smoothly, our drop off and pickups were great, nice knowing you had someone waiting to take you to your accommodation. It was pretty amazing to have our own personal Hamam bathroom at our accommodation in Urgup. We loved our three days in the Cappadocia area, amazing landscape and the Hot Air balloon flight was incredible. It was great to meet TJ at Eceabat and to learn that he lives, for three months of the year in Australia, not far away from our home town, small world. TJ was very knowledgeable about Gallipoli and area and drove us all the way down to Kusadasi via Troy, an Olive Oil Museum, Carpet Co-op and a tour of Permagon, great day. We could have spent three nights in Kusadasi it was just a beautiful coastal city. Makbule, our contact person in Istanbul was fantastic, she confirmed our arrangement each day by email which was reassuring, we had no excuse not to be ready and waiting each day. Travelling for the first time since Covid outbreak didn't bother us at all, we hardly gave it a thought which was a pleasant change, only wore out masks on the flights over and back. We highly recommend Turkey Travel Center to anyone wanting to see Turkey without the stress of having to organise yourself. It was good value for the money spent, we were so pleased we added this experience onto the end of our trip to Italy and Greece. Turkey is a wonderful country has so much to offer.
